I've been toying around with PhotoShop today after running across some blank Star Wars Armada card templates. I was never a huge fan of the old Battlefleet Gothic game based on Warhammer 40k's IP, but I do love the IP. I realize that Fantasy Flight Games is probably locked into a Star Wars ONLY sort of deal with the Armada game, but I think it would be amazing if they were able to branch out a bit.
