Weekly Weight Loss Update

I really thought this morning was going to be a severely disappointing weigh in.  It wasn't exactly a massive success, but I stayed flat with last week.  I thought it was going to be bad because I made some poor eating decisions through out the week.  I did exercise a lot more though.  I think that's what helped me out.  Yay for exercise!

I need to start getting this chart pointed downwards.
