Weekly Weight Update

I totally forgot to post last week about this.  Two weeks ago I stayed flat despite it being my birthday "week".  I ended up eating at an all you can eat buffet one night and some other not so healthy places on other nights.  This week I dropped a pound.  I've also been exercising more and am starting to feel generally healthier.  I feel like this was a good week.
