Hey Kris, I don't know if you got my last message, but if I could give you a little more advice about weighing yourself. Please do yourself a big favor and do not weigh yourself every day. Pick one day of the week and a time and stick with it. I myself weigh myself every Friday morning after I get up and get rid of my morning waste, and please do it naked. This will keep you motivated and excited your weigh in. Your body weight will fluctuate throughout the day/week and you may get discouraged. Just my two cents, but it works for me.
Yeah, got the message. It was suggested to me to weigh myself every day for the first two weeks to really internalize how eating crappy for a day can wipe out progress. But that's done, so now I'm weighing myself only on Wednesdays. I already feel more "nimble", for lack of a better word.
