Weekly Weight Update

End of Week 2
Down 1.0 lbs since last week and 2.6 lbs overall. I would have been down more, but yesterday was my brother's birthday and my mom cooked a good, old fashioned southern meal.  That means too much food.  I'm 7.60% of the way to my goal of 200 lbs.


  1. Keep up the good work my friend! Diet and exercise will get you to your goal. This isn't about me but I am 47 years old and when I started my workout routine and dieting I was 235 pounds. I am now 202 pounds and only 2 pounds away from my goal. I will be keeping an eye on your blog and encouraging you with your journey, we will get their together!
